These are the small tapers you will find in about every new age shop in existence. They are most often referred to as spell candles, but are also marketed as chime candles because they are also used to generate a spinning movement with certain metal chimes.

1/2″d x 4″h spell candles are made with a perfectly size wick that causes the candle wax to completely disappear when burned. Used in simple rituals, in spells, and on special occasions. Perfect size for anointing with spiritual oils for spells. Small drafts may cause a small amount of wax to be left behind, on occasion. Burns in approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
