Charcoal Disks – 10 pack self-lighting
Three Kings Charcoal is available as quick lighting charcoal briquettes. Each briquette ignites easily and quickly by holding a simple, small-flamed lighter to it.
How to Use Charcoal Discs for Burning Incense
- Make sure your area is prepared with a burner or bowl to set your charcoal on once it is lit. Place a trivet underneath the bowl so you do not damage your table accidentally. You may also like to put sand in the bowl and put your charcoal disc on top of that.
- Holding the charcoal disc with tongs so you do not burn your fingers, light the disc with a lighter, match, or candle. It should ignite within 10-15 seconds. Move the flame around the disc as you are lighting it. It may spark a bit, so be careful to not burn fingers.
- Set the charcoal disc in the bowl or burner and leave it for a few minutes to allow it to heat up. The indentation on the disc should be facing upwards. The charcoal will have turned from black to light grey once it is ready.
- In the indentation on the disc, add your resin, incense powder, or herbal incense blend to burn.
